Hi everybody, this is the first entries on my journey toward losing weight, increased lean muscle mass, and true happiness. I’ll also discuss how the SevenPoint2 products will help me accomplish these goals. I’ll be putting out 1-2 substantial entries per day covering my workout regimen(if any) for the day and other information.
Properly using the SevenPoint2 protein shake and other products with my workouts should lead to other benefits such as increased energy and metabolism throughout the day, more restful sleep, and increased mental clarity. As a starting point, I’m 6 feet tall and weigh 188 lbs.
I was very excited when I woke up this morning and made what’s a typical breakfast for me: Two scoops of SevenPoint2 shake mix, a scoop of the SevenPoint2 greens, half a dozen pieces of frozen banana slices, four pieces of cut up pineapple, and three frozen strawberries in the VitaMix.
I also put in one cup of Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk as a base, along with some Crystal Springs water. I’ll mix some different combinations of fruit as I move forward, but this is essentially my breakfast most days. After breakfast, I got to writing my first entry on the main page around 9:00 AM. It’s a roughly 1,000 word post in the Basics of a Healthy Alkaline Diet tab.
If you haven’t read it yet, please check it out and provide some feedback. I tried to make it as informative as possible, and hopefully people can find some value there. I’m also going to be putting up something else in the near future within the premium section–a discussion of the negative side effects from whey/soy protein.
I finished the post a little after 1:00 PM(with a training webinar in the middle as a writing break), and went out to get lunch and clear my head. I haven’t had fast food in forever, and I try to limit how much pizza I eat. So I went to the Farmer’s Market in the next town over, and stopped by the fresh fish seafood market inside to have some grilled salmon. I have an Insanity workout tonight at my gym–The Newtown Athletic Club(NAC)after doing more work on the site, and I’m really looking forward to it.
In closing this first blog post, I want to thank you for taking the time to read this–and hopefully my future entries going forward. I look forward to putting out many more as my journey rolls along in the weeks and months to come, and hopefully you can get a sense of what the SevenPoint2 products can do for you when used properly.
They aren’t a magic bullet, but when they are combined with a healthy(and alkaline) diet and proper exercise, you can achieve any kind of weight loss or fitness goal within reason. I’ve already lost about 10 lbs using the products, and my strength and endurance has increased significantly. At one point while working in Corporate America, I was almost 210 lbs–and it was in all the wrong places. It’s a cliché–but if I can do it, you can too!
